I loved reading your article! Thank you for sharing.
My name is Lily and I'm a French-American undergraduate student who's very interested in fashion journalism. I was wondering, how did you apply for this internship? Is there any way you could help connect me? Any advice or guidance would be truly appreciated. Please let me know how I can better contact you, or find me at my instagram: @lilystonebourgeois
Sorry for the delay in my reply! To put it simply, I found my internship advertised as a job posting on LinkedIn. Unfortunately, Vogue France has since closed down their “Vogue France in English” section, so the internship role I had is likely no longer in place.
As you are French-American, I imagine there might be a fair few internship roles that would suit you; they tend to have a set of positions that are always offered as internships. The best advice I can give is to emphasise your interest in fashion and fashion journalism and any previous work you have done in the area (even if it is only slightly related).
Check both the Condé Nast and Condé Nast France pages on LinkedIn to see if they have any internships open for application.
